CONSTANT HUMIDITY CONTROLLER SERVICE.
The service includes a complete Electrical inspection, recalibration and check of the RH sensor, complete inspection of the Gas Train ,checking for leaks and reporting on the condition, cleaning machine and gas filter .Run and test unit after service has been completed, and provide documentation to comply with Crop Assurance Scheme.
This agreement does not cover equipment involved with the drying process or any replacement parts.
Any additional work required will be reported to you and charged as an extra.
INSPECTION OF DRIER FAN BEARINGS AND BALANCE
We will inspect your fans and give a written report of their condition.
Any work required , both labour and parts will be charged as an extra.
We will also inspect the condition of your drying system ,ie STIRRERS,CONVEYORS ,ELEVATORS and BURNERS and supply a written report and when the repair is completed documentation to comply with the Crop Assurance Scheme.
